OpenSS7 is  an opensource development project (called OpenSS7) to provide robust and GPL'ed SS7 stack for Linux and other UN*X operation systems.

Have you guys gone through the SS7codec available for download in the OpenSS7??
Im trying to understand the coding style and the architecture of the Codec.
Do you guys have any inputs on it?

Hi all,

I'm not famillar with Linux system, but I'm interested by using this openSS7 protocol stack.
Is there any of you who manage to use the SIGTRAN stack available under on openSS7.org ?
I'm looking for the instructions that should be used in order to send a message throught my NIC (PCI IP network card)....

the development of OpenSS7 is slow. Now, i want to work with SIGTRAN stack but it is not released. :(
