For 3G CS Video Call the MGWs need to have the RTCP capability but for a international call - say a 3G Subscriber of India calls a 3G Sub of Philipnnes then a lot of ILD switches come into pciture . In that scenario for the 3G Vido call to happen what all is required at ILD switches end ?
