I have good knowledge implementing my roaming partners information from their IR21 documentation regarding 2G Network, but now this is concerning GPRS & 3G Network.
Can someone help answer the following question for me?
Q1- Which section from the RP IR21 I should forecast for implementation?
Q2- Do you have any documents that I can read to implement my Network?
Q3- What should be implemented in SGSN from the roaming partner IR21?
Q4- What should be implemented in GGSN from the roaming partner IR21?
