the coverage of UMTS and Wimax

I have a project which consits a study and plan the coverage of UMTS and Wimax in our school, so I must propose a solution containing the technical details (mobile network equipment, transmission of electrical energy to the location of equipment.
so if you have a report or UMTS network coverage Wimax already done to a region or other document that you feel is useful for me thank you for helping me
