Nortel CDMA with load MTX00015 is rejecting many calls with a cause code 41 Temp_failure in the ACM in response to the IAM. With our SS7 sniffer I can see calls with identical IAM's coming into the switch but for some reason some fail and most are successful. The CDMA switch will send out the ACM with this cause code and the originating switch will send the initial REL with the same cause code value. The originating switch can be 4G, PSTN, CDMA etc. it does not seem to matter.
Does anybody have a clue what may be causing this? or have they seen it before?
