Incoming call setup procedure is little diff in GSM and CDMA

Looks like incoming call setup procedure is little different from GSM to CDMA. In GSM during the MT call setup procedure the SETUP message will have calling party number (it is allowed by originating party). whereas in CDMA, the calling party number will come in Alert With Message info record. I am looking for detailed control flow chart for CDMA MO and MT call setup sequences.
