Rx fax call in CDMA

Hi all
I am testing a IFWT handset (chipset qualcomm mcm6020)in ZTE network.the handset is having lcd screen .whenever a incoming voice all comes it displays caller ID but if a incomg Fax call comes it does not display caller ID.can any 1 explain
