For MMS online charging, if the charging is based on usage i.e. on basis of data volume sent/received, what will happen if the balance of the sender is exhausted after some part is transmitted and rest of the file (MMS) is yet to be sent. Will the entire MMS would be rejected by the MMSC or some oart will be still submitted?
