Mobile IP instead of Bluetooth

Hi,

I want to know why Mobile IP cant be used instead of Bluetooth in advertising systems..Please look into this asap as its pretty urgent

Because it simply different kinds of methodology, if you like. Bluetooth is an air interface, while Mobile IP is just a concept for LAN, WAN or even bigger networks regardless of PHY or MAC.
