Operator Determined Barring (ODB) for Packet Oriented Services

Hi,
This post is addressed to all PS-Core Network Engineers in Telecom Industry.
Is anyone of you using Operator Determined Barring for Packet Oriented Services in your SGSN? Apparently, NSN SGSN does not support it. As per 3GPP TS 29.002 (MAP Specification) Section 7.6.3.9, SGSN should support/control all three kinds of Packet Oriented Services barring.
All packet Oriented Services barred
Roamer Access to HPLMN-AP barred
Roamer Access to VPLMN-AP barred
