Request for new category

Hi..

I think it would be nice to have one more category where we can discuss/review  about latest
telecom gadgets, mobile phones, PDAs etc.

Other members: pls pour in your thoughts also.

i think rather than having one more category for some existing feilds we can have one where we can discuss new ideas, implementations or even proposals for common distributed developments...............

what say ............... ::)

Hi All,

What i actually meant was a common discussion room where every body can project there Ideas for different application over the existing technology or a know how for implementation and its feasibility using the existing  technology.

I feel that no Idea or thought is big or small and if i can discuss this in a open forum, there is nothing like it. Thoughts do not have a barrier and we don't need expertise in a field to think of what will be the future of a service. a fresher can think more widely as he is least bothered about implementation when compared to a expert who thinks about implementation before even giving a clear thought. Probably that is the reason we call necessity as mother of invention

Back to telecom, I feel that every 3G application, to be successfully we would require expertise in more than one Domain or multiple domains which is difficult to achieve. Could there be a possibility where an Innovative Idea can be looked by different people to have a more broader vision of its implementation and feasibility at different levels.

This can also give rise to distributed development for a common cause and can be more vigorously perceived .................

Hi Rodricks,

Opening up such category would be of great use if people actually participate with honesty. As there is heavy competition people would be looking for new ideas and solutions for issues they are facing rather than coming up openly and sharing their ideas on the open forum.
