Hi guys, I want a telephony software with the following features:    1. Can send SMS/voice message/IVR (interactive voice response)/ITR (interactive text response) to any number from any location    2. For SMS and ITR: able to send single page (160 characters) and multi pages/six pages(918 characters)    3. For Voice Message and IVR: able to send calls for any number of minutes or seconds    4. Text or voice can be sent to single or multiple recepients e.g. 10 million recepients    5. Recepient list can be drawn from a .xls, or .txt or .csv file    6. Scheduled sending possible i.e. can send messages at preprogrammed time    7. Sender ID can be alphanumeric and other characters    8. Already has an in-built SMS/voice message/IVR/ITR gateway, so it does no need to be connected to any subscription based gateway    9. Can function on desktop or website as long as there is an internet connection through broadband, modem or otherwise    10. Can be integrated into a website for several users to use simultaneously    11. Can allow individual online users to to have their own SMS/voice message/IVR/ITR accounts    12. IVR and ITR should have multi-level menus    13. Must have fully-featured help or user manual explaining how to use and install it.I will be most grateful to receive a free one, but if that's no possible, then I will buy from anyone who has it.
