Calling number in Terminating call IDP packet

In terminating call, the calling number that is received in initial DP packet to SCP is what number?
As in originating call, in IDP in international format calling number is number with international prefix (of calling actual country) + country code (of calling actual country) + calling number; and called number is number with international prefix (of calling current country, from where the call originates) + country code (of called actual country) + called number. In originating call, this whole number that is sent to SCP is same that is dialled by calling party on MS.

In terminating call, in IDP in international format called number is number with international prefix (of called actual country) + country code (of called actual country) + called number.
I need to know the how would be the calling number in case of terminating call?

I guess the format would be:

international code of (called actual country) + country code of (calling actual country) + calling number.

though i am not 100% sure, but 80% sure :)
