Cell Load Sharing

Hi,

I'm looking for some technical information on "Cell Load Sharing" in GSM. Basically I would like to know how it is implemented, and various scenarios in which how this concept works. Any PPT or documents in this regard would really help.

I'm hoping that the Telecom Biggies out there, would help me out in this.
