Hi Friends,I'm a newbee to the telecom space.Anybody please help me in the following regard.When ever an MS is trying to latch on to a VPLMN, an LU message is sent from VLR of VPLMN to the HLR of HPLMN of MS, right !Some where I have read like -- If VPLMN is operated by any other operator than the operator of HPLMN, then this LU message will be sent via roaming links; and - If VPLMN is operated by the same operator that the operator of HPLMN, then this LU message will be sent via normal links.Could any body please tell me whether it is true and differenciate Roaming links and Normal links. Thanks in advance,J.
