hi ,
can any one help me to know about the "BSIC code " ? and i want to know if a site can have two neighbers with same frequency ?

You can have neighbours with same frequecny but BSIC should be diffrent for that neighbours

BSIC will identify base station. Its 6 bit code.
BSIC - NCC + BCC = Network color code + base station color code
