Nature of address indicator in IDP CAMEL message

Dears all:

I'm trying to find documentation about field in subject in order to clarify which should be the correct value. I saw Nature of Address = 4. But some body request to set = 0. I think that correct value should be 4 because is used for International traffic case, CAMEL agreement between tow GSM operators. Thanks for your help. Regards
