    Hi everyone! Smiley

I am a final year engineering student. My major is Telecommunication. I was wondering if there is any difference between 4G networks and NGN as both are future technologies and as far as I could understand they look to be the same. Both are working towards IP based systems.

I have to deliver a seminar on NGN as my final semester assessment. It would be really helpful of you guys if you could  direct me to some quality material on NGN. The presentation would be a 1 hour seminar. I would like to emphasize on Softswitch and other hardware components used in NGN!

I thank you all in anticipation of your help!
