Hello,

I have been looking for a system for my new business but I do not know where I can get such phone system. I can describe what I am looking for:

1-People can call a 800-Number to register and activate their account with pressing especial code, which they received from my business

2-After they have registered and activated their membership, then they will be able to call a 800-Number to add special code, which should be recorded and printed on special forms with their information such as name, phone number, and etc.

Those are the main features what I am looking for. I do not know where I can fine such as system, which can do that for me. I have a real example for that. You can anytime call Shopko Express to order your drugs. They have a special number, which you can call and automatically turn on an answering machine which asks you for your medicine ID number and etc. after you press all information, you can go to Shopko and pick up your medicine. My system is something close to that with some other features.

Does anyone know what that system is called and where can you get such system?
