    Please let me know whether you require MPLS/RAN .If you want to know on higher level I can explain you on this forum space or I can suggest you some good book on this.

    LTE is Long Term Evolution, Its 4G uses OFDMA technology . You can find specification at http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/html-info/36-series.htm.
    36 seires has come for LTE. Also you can refer articles on  http://3g4g.blogspot.com/search/label/LTE . If you are from bangalore, india then you can attend course related to LTE wireless , it will be for 3 days (17,18,and 19th sep ).
