A Columbus, OH area client is in urgent need of a Genesys consultant with a strong background in Workforce Management (WFM). This is a two month assignment with varying hours (20-40 per week - 1 week at 40, 3 weeks at 20 and then a second rotation of the same).

The consultant will be doing operations, forecasting and scheduling with WFM - preferably with version 7.5.

Pay range is $41 to $51 per hour, based on experience. Travel expenses are possible for a non-local candidate.
