We're seeking I3 Interactive Intelligence consultants for upcoming needs with a client company. Candidates can be Columbus, Ohio based or anywhere in the U.S.

Candidates must have experience with the following:
• 3+ years experience designing and deploying Interactive Intelligence CIC Suite including:
o I3 CIC Deployment Experience with version 2.4 or later (SIP Deployments)
o Design and Development of call flows using Interaction Director.
o Experience with deployment of one additional media type (Email, Chat, or Dialer)
o I3 Architecture and Planning
• Hardware Experience with Audiocodes, Cisco, or Interaction Gateways
Highly desirable for candidates to have experience with the following:
• Project Management Experience
• Interaction Dialer and Easy Scripter Experience
• Development of Speech Enable IVR Applications in I3
• Development of custom handlers
• I3 Report Customization

Consultants should be open to traveling up to 75% of the time.

Consultants must be US Citizens. Ability to pass a criminal background check is a must.

Salary/Rate is negotiable based on experience.
