Diameter Protocol Library.

Dear all,

I'd need a help wrt Diameter protocol. we need to develop a client module using diameter protocol and trigger a specific commands (AVP format) towards to server (Say PCRF)

Is there any way I can get a free library? So that I can use it for my client module?
Would need some inputs on the best method to implement it.
