Differentiate call between user and system pick up

Hi All,

Can anyone help me to differentiate in the ANM messages if the call was pick up by users or if the call was pick up by systems(e.g , Voicemail) ?

Hello Dakmatt,

From my knowledge I know that some answering machine (ex: voicemail) reply for picked up call with the "CONNECT". Have a look into the ITU Q.763 ISUP standard for message format.
