Just stumbled upon this site trying to get more information on how to go about being able to connect to the Home Location Register.
I am wanting to know, how to go about this, and what sort of costd would be involved. Would be great to get a bit of knowledge on this

We can connect to the HLR using the HLR point code/Subsystem number. or using HLR GT addreess.
It depends on the translation type we are using.

there you can see what king of MTP/SCCP addressing shall be applied when invoking MAP operations
