ss7 link calculation

Hi,

Please anybody: is there any way to calculate required number of ss7 links? In my particular case, I have calculated E1s number, Erlangs, MSU message length, MSUs/s but no way to figure out how can calculate number of ss7 link, based on these infos.
How can I do this?
