TCAP encoding/decoding of private TAG

Hi,

According to TCAP spec Q.771 to Q.775 , TCAP supports Universal , Application and context specific TAG, If i need to support private TAG do i need to generate by its own if yes how should i generate TAG, by changing the G and H bit to 1 1 and TAG value last six bit would be same.
