Hi, I am a student telecommunications and have to write project about ?LBS service ? Home Zone platform?, please help me !!!

Service Requirements

1. The service is not based on Global Positioning System
2. Client device is a standard GSM / UMTS phone
3. Opportunities for locating
- Cell ID,
- Extended Cell ID,
- Cell ID + Timing Advance,
- Cell ID + Timing Advance + Measurement reports
4. The decision must specify the Home Zone as a set of base stations
5. The initial location should be automatic. The result must be a subscriber to the coordinates specified accuracy. Based on these coordinates external application sets out a number of base stations such as home subscriber zone.
6. Once the area is defined and provisioned for the subscriber for each call has to be checked whether the outside and inside the area.
7. In exit subscriber should receive a message on the screen to call or receive a voice message. Communication must inform the subscriber that is located outside the home area.
