I already find one Video RBT, it's solution of dialogic, you can find in dialogic.com or send me email, i am very kind for sharing and discuss about this system with you. I am have experience with RBT but not see Video RBT.

1) First, GMSC get T-CSI on the SRI interrogation.
2) It then routes the call (regardless it is Video or Voice call) to the PRBT system.
3) PRBT system will make a call to the I-MSC which then trigger another SRI interrogation to
get the MSRN of the subscriber.
4) Upon receiving the ACM /CGP message indicating the called subscriber is ?free? or
?alerting?, PRBT system will answers the call and accepts the H.245 connection from the
Mobile Terminal. If it is a voice call, the selected music tone will be playback immediately.
5) After video hand-shaking, PRBT will stream a ringing video to the Calling Device.
6) Until the 3G subscriber answers the call, PRBT will stop the ringing video and start video
hand-shaking with the Called Mobile Terminal.
7) Finally, the PRBT system will connect the video streams from both Mobile Terminals
together.
