Hi I wonder if anyone can help!I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong place, but most of the lingo is way above my head! I have 2 white phone sockets in my property, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. I tested both sockets: the living room socket has a dial tone and the internet is also plugged into that connection without problem. The socket in the bed room had no dial tone. I removed this box from the wall and cut the wires. However i no longer have any dial tone in the living room or internet connection! - Can anyone advise on what work needs to be done?- Whether it’s best to call my provider (Talk Talk) to get this fixed?- And how much it is likely to cost (im in the UK)?Thanking you in advanceDanielle
