Difference between different Hold method in SIP

In SIP we keep other party on hold by sending C= IP 0.0.0.0. This is one method. Second method is to send "a=sendonly". Kindly let me know the difference between two different methods for keeping other party on hold.

Ans:
first one will mute the line in IP level i.e. UA will check the connection parameter if it is 0.0.0.0 it will block the ports on which it listens or response the real time data.
Second one will mute the line in Media direction level. i.e. UA will check if the direction parameter is sendonly then it will mute the or block the resource in order to avoid listening real time data.
