What are you using Asterisk for

Hello Everybody,

Please post how you are making use of the open source PBX asterisk.

I am using asterisk for making automated calls to many numbers and play them a prerecorded message. We are using a dual span digium card and 2 E1 lines.

We use asterisk for our auto-attendant and to route calls to users in different parts of the country.
So far so good. I only recommend you get good hardware as cheap ebay hardware can drop calls or have static on the lines.
