I am working on the embedded system. I need to send and receive data through 2.4GHz transceiver module by first making a packet of the following format and send it. My question is if this possible or not ? and is reliable or not ? and is it work smothly or hanged up ????????????????????????????

Packet Format:
*Start*C1|C2|C3|C4|C5|C6|C7|C8|D1|D2|D3|D4|D5|D6|D7|D8|Video Stream||End||

Where, C = Control signal
          D =  Data signal
          Video Stream = binary of a single video frame or image
