1)If a network A is not having SMS Bilaterals, so subscribers of A are not in a position to send any International SMS to any subscibers who belong to International operaters.
2)B is the network which is having 100+ Bilaterals and a SMS AGGREGATION Product X is installed in B network,So by using the Bilateras of B, subscribers of Network A can send SMS to all the 100+network subscribers(Bilaterals of B),This will happen by routing the SRI and FWD-SM to SMS AGGREGATION PRODUCT(X).
3)My Query is that according to GSM-SMS standards is it possible for all the 100+ Bilaterals of B to send SMS to the subscribers of A.(I disagreeumption:100+ Bilateral Networks can route the SRI,FWD-SM to X which is in BNetwork).
