hi all,
I am implementing the ussd center. I successfully implemented Mobile initiated part. Now I am trying to send network initiated messages to the mobile station using Notify request. I have got IMSI from HLR, then I have to put IMSI as destination reference in open dialogue and then I need to send Notify request. When I send that I got response as dialogue refused and refuse reason is "Invalid Destination Reference". I have checked the message format and all but couldn't find any solution.
Can anyone help me out in this.
