If i receive a gsm 7bit encoded message (UDH removed) with the following octets:

00000001 01011010 00110101 11001011 01101101 11101100 11001001 00100101

How do I know if this message contains 7 characters with a 7 bit fill in the start or a 8 character message starting with a @ character since @ is encoded as 0000000 in gsm7bit?
