Hi all,

I want to build a test scenario:
When SMPP client send a SMS to SCTT (send SUBMIT_SM), SCTT will reply with SUBMIT_SM Response.
At this point, I want the SCTT also send a reply SMS to SMPP client to inform the message is received successfull.
I have read the user guide to create a command file. I think it's something like that:

# Wait for a Submit-SM Response
WAIT_FOR_SUBMIT_RESP

# Send this Deliver-SM
  DELIVER_SM
    service_type="lotto"
    source_addr_ton=1
    source_addr_npi=1
    source_addr="353845551234"
    dest_addr_ton=1
    dest_addr_npi=1
    destination_addr="353848881234"
    esm_class=0
    data_coding=0
    short_message="Your msg have received"
  END_DELIVER_SM

# Wait 1 second for the Deliver-SM Response
  WAIT_FOR_DELIVER_RESP 1

But unfortunately, there is no WAIT_FOR_SUBMIT_RESP in SCTT (I don't know why). Please tell me how can I do to complete this scenario.

Any response is highly appreciated.

hello,

I donīt now if this help you but i think you have to configure the parameter:

REGISTERED_DELIVERY_SMSC_RECEIPT = Requested on Success or Failure - 1

This parameter are able in submit_sm and deliver_sm PDU.

Thanks Nuno.

Plz tell me where we can set this parameter in SCTT? (cmds.conf?)

I would like to know how to catch the event SUBMIT_SM Response from SCTT (also a SMSC) by the way we treat BIND_TRANSCEIVER_RESP with WAIT_FOR_BIND.

In sample cmds.conf, the message will be sent after SCTT reply to smpp client with BIND_TRANSCEIVER_RESP. In my case, I want SCTT send msg after it reply to client a SUBMIT_SM Response PDU.

I appreciate any help. Thank you.
