Camel IDP trigger

Hi All,

Does the CAMEL support a trigger if the called subscribers is "out of coverage area"? Example, A party called to B party, and if B party is "out of coverage area" the MSC then trigger an IDP to SCP. Thanks.

Hello

Hello,
If this is for MO call, then it will trigger, but for MT side this will not be triggered.

Thanks

Hi Rajesh,

Hi Rajesh,

Thank for the information. What CAMEL version this kind of trigger available? If you have specific line inside the documents I would highly appreciate it.

Hello

Hello,
For this you need to look , the MO call and MT call handling for IN. In case of MO call, the MSC already downloaded O-CSI, to it triggers IDP, when and MO call is initiated. For MT call the T-SCI is received in SRI response. If subscriber is absent then No T-CSI will be received. We have developed own HLR and IN-SCP for MNVOs.

Thanks

Hi,

Is this part of the CAMEL phase 3 or 4? Below are the detailed process flow of my question. Do you think this is possible?

MSC (IDP) -----------------------------> SCP1
MSC <-----------------------------------(cont./RRBE) SCP1
If B party is "out of coverage area" the MSC will trigger an another IDP to (other) SCP2.
MSC(IDP) ------------------------------> SCP2
MSC <----------------------------------(Connect/RRBE)SCP2
MSC (ERB) ----------------------------> SCP2
MSC <----------------------------------(Release) SCP2
This is the time the MSC will issue a disconnect(ERB) back to SCP1
MSC (ERB(tDisconnect)--------------->SCP1
MSC <----------------------------------(Release) SCP1
