hi all,
        how can I send picture messages and ringtone on cdma network. What kind of encoding I have to follow in my SMSC for sending these binary messages.

IS-637 defines WEMT  (Wireless Enhanced Messaging Teleservice) for this, but then just references the 3GPP SMS standard to define the actual encoding.

I don't know how many CDMA phones actually support this though. Some might support the Nokia Smart Messaging format (i.e. //SCKL), but many phones seem to have skipped SMS delivery of this sort of thing and gone straight to WAP download.
