Is there an InitialDPSMS (CAMEL, GSM) equivalent in CDMA (WIN)??

hmm, I don't think so.

IS-826-A notes that all MO-SMS is to be sent to the subscriber's home MC(/SMSC). The detection of the prepaid status and the subsequent triggering to the prepaid system is performed from the MC, not the MSC.

I guess you could argue that it's not required, in that existing ANSI-41 (Indirect Routing) SMS procedures already allow for SMS control to be passed to an external network node (i.e. the MC) - e.g the "originating supplementary services" scenarios in ANSI-41.
