In my understanding, HLR can also be an intercepting point for the CALEA specification.

I would like to know the following in relation to that:
 - What are the events that have to be intercepted at the HLR(MTC, SMS, LUP, ??) and the information has to be sent to the LEA collecting functions?
 - I understand that the messages that have to be sent from the HLR should be as per the J-standard specification. But, the specification looks very abstract. Does anybody have the exact format of the messages   that have to be sent from the HLR.

I could see that the following messages are to be sent from the NEs to the Collection function of the LEA:
  - answer
  - ccClose
  - ccOpen
  - change
  - origination
  - packetEnvelope
  - redirection
  - release
  - servingSystem
  - termAttempt
  - connTest
  - confPartyChange
  - connection
  - connectBreak
  - dialogDgtExtrn
  - networkSignal
  - subjectSignal

Among these, the HLR seems to have relevance with only the servingSystem, subjectSignal J-standard messages.
 - HLR should send servingSystem message for the GSM and GPRS LUP scenarios
 - HLR should send subjectSignal message for the SCI events.

Should the HLR send any other messages in any other scenarios?
