Hi,
I am familiar with the format of the CDMA SMS PDU as described here : http://smsforum.net/smf/index.php?topic=2270.0
http://smsforum.net/smf/index.php?topic=1021.0

and I have a very nice and expensive test tool that does not provide the ability to decode Bearer Data, I'm looking for a tool, ANY tool ( online javascript, desktop app, etc ) that I can use to paste in my PDU and have it decoded.

I am needing this to verify that I am correctly encoding my message.

Any help is GREAtly appreciated!

hi clh

Wireshark (free!) can decode bearer data, certainly for 7-bit ascii. You might need to fake up the libcap file format (details on the wireshark site) as well as the lower layer SS7 signaling if that's not yet present, but once that's done it can certainly read it.
