hi all,
        can I send binary msg(picture,ringtone etc...) from gsm to cdma mobile and vice versa. If yes then what is the format for both scenarioes.

It will depend if the mobiles support it, but on the CDMA side you can use WEMT - Wireless Enhanced Messaging Teleservice. The 3GPP2 standard just references the GSM spec for EMS.
